This tune is named after the shape of my trusty Martin D28 guitar which travelled the world with me and now hangs on my wall having a well earned rest. I do take it out for the ocasional gig just so it doesn’t sulk.
As soon as I start to play, it feels like a comfy old pair of shoes.
The tune was written in the 90’s and played in a few of the bands I was in at the time. I think it has aged well - I enjoyed playing it again after 20 years, and so did Matt.
